Ravenous Rabbits

The Boom Bunnies are now five weeks old! They are eating and drinking by themselves, but still need their mums. And they are eating a lot! They act like they are starving each morning and are practically climbing my legs to get to the food. If they were kittens, they would do it.

Speaking about kittens… That particular plan fell through, sadly. The girls found some street kittens and wanted to rescue them, but it proved impossible to catch them. We had a trap out for several days and nights but never caught them. They must be streetwise, these kittens!! Does knowledge of the way traps work get passed on in their genetic make up..?

  1. OH THOSE RABBITS ARE ADORABLE!! And yes, the kittens probably have an inbuilt intuition that you want to catch them…good luck : )
